Your telegram of 13th October Confidential

Wireless service. Two agreements are required

principal and supplementary; principal agreement is

already being drafted by Company's solicitor see enclosure

to your despatch of 10th September 1931 Confidential.

Time would be more effectively saved if Company telegraphed

to their Hong Kong Manager the revised draft agreement

with amendments approved in subsequent correspondence.

The supplementary agreement must await settlement of terms

of principal agreement but it would save time if Company

would also telegraph to local Manager revised terms of

supplementary agreement as settled by their solicitor.

As regards additional equipment report is being prepared.
